Research On Government Governance In The Development Of Modern Logistics Industry In Lnner Mongolia

Modern logistics industry is an important supporting industry of the national economy development,which has the characteristics of involving many industries and departments and affecting wide region,vigorous development of the logistics industry is not only the requirements of their own development,but also the need of economic development in a country.Inner Mongolia modern logistics industry as a new industry,the development speed is very fast,and it has made great achievements,but there are also many problems,these problems need the government's guidance,coordination and supervision.It is important to study how the government of Inner Mongolia should manage the logistics industry to promote the development of modern logistics industry in Inner Mongolia.This paper is based on the perspective of government management,firstly,it studies the basic concepts of modern logistics,government management,and then analyzes the basic theory of government management,including market failure,government management,government failure,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the development situation of Inner Mongolia's logistics industry from the realistic level,not only studies the achievements of Inner Mongolia modern logistics industry in recent years,but also puts forward the problems.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the government management of modern logistics industry in Inner Mongolia,and then draws lessons from the experience of foreign government management in the logistics industry,and the experience of China's central government management and local government management.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions of government management in the development of modern logistics industry in Inner Mongolia,this part is also the focus of this article,including seven aspects such as the establishment of effective logistics management coordination mechanism,building logistics policy and a good legal environment,giving full play to the leading role of Inner Mongolia government in the construction of logistics infrastructure,comprehensively puts forward countermeasures of Inner Mongolia management of the modern logistics industry.
