China's building decoration industry with the rise of the real estate boom in 1980s and gradually developed.With the rapid development of Chinese City,even in recent years in the real estate bubble economy has introduced some government policies to control prices,but still does not change the pillar industry in GDP status.Due to the characteristics of the architectural decoration industry,the building decoration industry is extremely competitive.To this end,as a building decoration industry in China and foreign construction engineering limited liability company,should plan their own development strategy as soon as possible.Because the theoretical research of architectural decoration industry strategy behind other areas,there is no existing theory for reference,so this article to the Chinese and foreign construction engineering construction limited liability company as an example,based on the theory of strategy analysis,studied the company's competitive situation,put forward the strategic plan of building decoration industry situation,it has certain practical significance to the company's future development strategy,research on building decoration industry has theoretical guiding significance.This paper first discusses the choice of the competitive strategy of the CCI Engineering construction CO.LTD.,ltd..In this part,we use PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to get two kinds of competitive strategy,total cost strategy and differentiation strategy.Based on the above analysis,it is the best choice for the limited liability company of China and foreign countries to make use of the quantitative analysis to evaluate the strategic plan.In order to implement the strategy of "total cost leadership",this paper analyzes the methods of reducing cost,and puts forward the method of controlling cost by using Potter's value chain analysis.By controlling the execution cost and optimizing the internal value chain structure to reduce the cost,give full play to the core competitive advantage of enterprises in the high-end decoration decoration projects,occupy market share.
