| At present,although the total economic volume keeps growing and will continue to increase at a stable and long-term basic trend as a whole,but with the slowdown which is a pillar industry,will be confronted with a new era of competition when opportunities and challenges will coexist in the future.Along with the huge development and opportunities of the entire national economy,there are also huge challenges in the construction industry,so researching and solving the strategic positioning of companies has become an important research topic.X Construction Company of China Railway NO.10 Group Co.,Ltd is a state-owned enterprise with infrastructure construction as its main business.It has accumulated more than ten years of development experience.It should adjust its own positioning in a timely manner and actively promote enterprise innovation and reformation,in order to further promote enterprise reform,to optimize internal structure,to integrate strategic guidance,to strengthen enterprise execution,and to adapt to the needs of the situation.This thesis takes the X Construction Company of China Railway NO.10 Group Co.,Ltd as the research object,and uses the literature research method and field research on the company’s competitive strategy.Based on the previous research results,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the relevant theories and basic types of competitive strategy,and combs the research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on competitive strategy in the construction field.This thesis combines theory with practice,and provides a basis for the selection and determination of the enterprise’s competitive strategy.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the external environment of X Construction Company of China Railway NO.10 Group Co.,Ltd from three aspects and establishes an external factor evaluation matrix(EFE)for external factors to analyze whether the company is able to respond to external influencing factors in a timely manner,and whether the company is able to to grasp opportunities and address external challenges.Secondly,it analyzes the internal environment of X Construction Company of China Railway,NO.10 Group Co.,Ltd from two aspects:the basic situation of the enterprise and the state of enterprise resources,and establishes an IFE for internal factors.The analysis shows that this company has advantages in terms of corporate brand,business contracting,capital capacity,construction technology and management level.At the same time,it also pointed out that the company has disadvantages in the technological innovation capacity and the expansion capacity of emerging engineering fields which need to be strengthened in order to adapt to the changing market requirements of the construction industry.Thirdly,on the basis of the evaluation and analysis of internal and external factors,the SWOT advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company’s competition in the construction industry market,and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM)is used to determine the final strategy.The differentiated competitive strategy is chosen at last.Finally,detailed implementation measures of competition strategy were formulated from the aspects of building corporate brand,optimizing construction technology,improving construction technology and providing high-quality products and services,and the guarantee of the X Construction Company of China Railway NO.10 Group Co.,Ltd were formulated from the aspects of resource allocation,corporate culture,corporate organization,human resources,risk prevention and control,internal control management,etc.,. |
