With the development of water business and further reform of management system in China,the water conservancy infrastructure investment has been increasing year by year.The JNSG construction company who mainly to water conservancy construction is facing with good development opportunities and the complicated external market environment.The constant aggravation of competition between the industry and Some problems within the enterprise,making the development of enterprises in trouble.How to develop and adopting what kind of competitive strategy to develop water conservancy construction market more quickly,have become the main problem to be solved for JNSG construction company.In this paper,JNSG construction company as the research object,the company’s competitive strategy to develop,implement and should take measures aimed at continuously enhance the company’s market competitiveness in order to achieve the company in the fierce market competition environment in the rapid and stable development.This paper mainly studies the research background and significance,the research content and the method,puts forward the basic idea of the research,then elaborates the level of the strategy,the basic type of the competitive strategy and the analysis tools used.Secondly,the PEST model and the Porter model are used to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of JNSG construction company,and use the value chain analysis method to analyze the internal resources of the enterprise.Thirdly,according to the analysis of internal and external environment,it summarizes the opportunities and threats outside the enterprise,the internal advantages and disadvantages,and uses the SWOT-CLPV model to carry on the comprehensive analysis,then selects the most suitable company from the three basic competitive strategies strategy.Finally,according to the above analysis results to determine the JNSG construction company’s competitive strategy,that is,by reducing the cost of various factors to achieve cost leadership,by opening up the market to improve market share to achieve economies of scale,and put forward the enterprise cost competition strategy implementation plan And the corresponding safeguards.Based on the preliminary research on the competitive strategy of JNSG construction company,this paper not only analyzes the favorable conditions and competitive advantages of the company’s participation in the market competition,but also reveals the prominent problems and the competitive environment,and puts forward a series of countermeasuresand suggestions to promote enterprises to timely develop and implement a scientific competitive strategy,but also hope that this article on the similar water conservancy construction enterprises have inspired and provide some development reference.
