Mountainous vegetables mainly grow in the mountain area.Nowadays,it becomes more and more popular among the public because of natural purity,health care function and high nutritional value.Since the 21st century,the development and utilization of wild vegetables has become the world’s hot spots.Wangqing County has a significant advantage on vegetable processing industry is booming,but there also exist many problems.This paper will investigate and analyze the varieties of the wild vegetable and the yield of processing industry in depth.Then,the paper will expound the advantages of Wangqing Shan in wild vegetable processing industry.And the idea and countermeasures of industrial development will be put forward to solve the problems that exist in Wangqing Mountain’s wild vegetable processing industry.The problems include the backward production mode,the lack of policy support and industry guidance,deficient industrial human resources and so on.This thesisuses field visits,seminars,data analysis and other methods toinvestigate Yanbian Prefecture Agricultural Commission,wild vegetables processing enterprises in Wangqing County,picking households,governmentto understand the output,species,output value and other factors of wild vegetables processing,and then analyzes the advantages andrelated problems of Wangqing County wild vegetables processing industry to provide countermeasures suitable for the development of Wangqing County wild vegetables processing industry.The results of the survey as following:1.the geographical and resource advantages of wild vegetables in Wangqing County.2.The status of wild vegetables processingin Wangqing County.3.Theproduct status of wild vegetables processing enterprises in Wangqing County.4.The relevantpolicy of wild vegetable processing industryin Wangqing County.We can see these problems as following from the analysis of the result:1.the utilization rate of wild vegetable resources is low.2.Thewild vegetable processing enterprises are small scale,and with backward technology.3.The classifications of wild vegetable processing products aresimple,and the level is far from high.4.Although there are preferential policies for enterprises,there are also many problems in theprocess of implementation.The considered solution is:1.Take full advantages of resources,vigorously promote the development of new varieties.2.Increase the scale of financing,and accelerate technological innovation.3.Accelerate the pace of new product development,and achieve product diversification.4.Strengthen policy guidance,to create the characteristic brand of wild vegetable.
