Research On Clustering Development Of Aquatic Product Processing Enterprises In Hunchun

With the rapid development of world economic globalization,unprecedented changes have taken place in production and trade of all countries,mainly for the world to the escalating production value chain to create system changes,in the face of the escalating business value creation system,in order to better understand the evolution of the international division of labor cooperation,new research theory arises at the historic moment,namely,value chain theory and the theory of "diamond model".Hunchun aquatic product processing industry park by three years,the development of the more successful,in view of this,this study is based on analysis of the value chain theory and the theory of "diamond model" Hunchun development situation of aquatic product processing industry park,designed to provide management countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of the cluster.This study first to foreign industrial cluster and the Yanbian area enterprise cluster development situation to carry on the literature review,and briefly reviewed;in turn,to define the concept of enterprise cluster,this paper expounds the porter's value chain theory and the theory of "diamond model".Next to the status quo of Hunchun aquatic product processing industry park are analyzed and introduced,mainly including the development of aquatic products processing park planning,the park's key enterprises,nearly three years of relevant data analysis;Then the key with the porter's value chain theory and the theory of "diamond model" of the formation and development of Hunchun aquatic product processing industry park and competitiveness has carried on the case analysis,the results of the analysis found that Hunchun aquatic product processing industry park is the development of comparative success depends on their unique position and surrounding of the aquatic resources advantage;At the same time,the development of the park,there are some problems:the park products basically is in the primary production and processing link,so products at the low end of the value chain link,the lack of high value-added products;Less number of enterprises in the park,there is a certain scale of enterprise,mainly through the investment promotion and capital introduction came in a smaller number of the local enterprise;Enterprise individual soldiers in the park,only supporting enterprise has certain supply cooperation relations with the production and processing enterprises,and the same little cooperation between production enterprises;Low production of aquatic products brand effect in the park,often need to use external area mature brand marketing;Enterprise overall competitiveness is weak in the park and the cluster effect is low;Lack of talent strength;low efficiency of the existing channel jammed;Therefore,this study suggests hunchun aquatic product processing industry park in the prototype stage of enterprise cluster development,industrial cluster has a certain distance of the maturity of the distance,and the clustering development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This study on the porter's value chain theory and the theory of "diamond model"to study and analysis of Hunchun aquatic product processing industry park,the purpose is to analyze and judge the formation and development through theoretical reason and the stage of development and existing problems,and puts forward some development countermeasures and suggestions,this undoubtedly for hunchun aquatic product processing industry park to better clustering development has important practical significance.
