Evaluation Of Intellectual Property Pledge Value Based On Game Theory

Since the Reform of The Intellectual Property System was introduced in the year 2015,the term "intellectual property" has been mentioned several times at major and important national meetings.And,as it is playing an important role in building a cultural power and supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the "intellectual property" is getting more and more concerns.In the economic development today,and the national revitalization by the science and technology in our country today,innovation is the soul of progress and development for the country,the country's innovation can fuel its economic development and thus promote its development.However,China's economic development also has a clear feature-the large number of small and medium enterprises,and such enterprises contribute nearly 67% of the national GDP.Due to the different development of various small and medium-sized enterprises,and the financial channels needed for expansion of the scale are difficult to obtain,the problem of financing difficulties of SMEs in China becomes more and more prominent.In particular,small and medium-sized enterprises with light assets are more difficult to obtain financing than other enterprises because they can provide less real estate collateral.The "Intellectual Property Pledge Financing" mode can solve the financing difficulties of SMEs while promoting innovation,so this mode has been received great welcome once it was raised to the enterprise and the government.However,with the new mode put forward,more and more problems have gradually revealed,thus there are many problems waiting for us to solve for the practice of intellectual property pledge financing.In the practice of intellectual property pledge financing,the determination of the pledge value of intellectual property rights is a big problem.As a reason that the research on the pledge of intellectual property rights is in the initial stage,the theoretical and practical materials to which can be referred are limited,and it is difficult to form a unified standard that can satisfy enterprises,banks and governments at the same time.In view of this,this paper draws on some theories of game theory,and analyzes the game of the intellectual property pledge financing stakeholders from the perspective of various stakeholders.In order to facilitate the analysis and understanding,this paper analyzes mainly from two angles,the enterprise and the bank,and establishes static and dynamic game model of enterprises and banks.This paper analyzes the game relationship between enterprises and banks in intellectual property pledge financing through the model,and assess the value of intellectual property pledge by simulating the results of the games between enterprises and banks.This paper will go through the analysis of the relationship between banks and enterprises to find out the reasons for restricting the development of intellectual property pledge mode,to give the relative reasonable value of intellectual property pledge,and to provide some reference in order to resolve the contradictions between stakeholders and promote cooperation.
