The enterprise management personnel performance appraisal is an important index to improve the enterprise operation efficiency and core competitiveness,in the process of realizing of enterprise strategic goals,functional department of the enterprise is a key role of links in the whole company operation.Performance appraisal of staff's of Functional departments is not only reflecting personal effectiveness,also can reveal the enterprise leadership management,resource allocation,team cooperation abilities and so on.In fact,difficulty of collecting of the data of the performance appraisal is becoming a problem that enterprises pay attention to and solving effectively in recently years.Because of difficult quantification of the functional departments and relative lacking of rigidity index.More perfect performance appraisal method has been established and accumulated in the field of management research and practice,but in the process of practical application,the accuracy of the performance appraisal is limited by the organization level and objective factors.According to this case,this paper discusses the key problem of the paper research on the scientific design of the function department of different administrative levels.On the basis of a large number of literature reading,this paper is to understanding and introduction on performance appraisal theory research at domestic and overseas using the method of literature investigation,and summarized analysis and contrast of four typical performance appraisal methods,introducting existing performance appraisal methods of TRD according to the case analysis and questionnaire investigation,and investigating and result analysising of rationality of the evaluation methods according to questionnaire survey of the person being tested,and combining the method of constructing the scientific rationality of SPORTS model,then do empirical analyses of purchasing department-the typical functions of TRD company,and then verify the enforceability of SPORTS model through empirical research.In order to ensure that performance appraisal based on SPORTS model can execute successful in the TRD company,this paper is mentioned of the relevant measures,for ensuring the process can execute successful in case of a fair and scientific.The application of SPORTS model in the function department of TRD is more scientific and reasonable,according to theoretical study,model introduction and empirical analysis.It can index the job content that is difficult to quantify of the functional department,and to calculate the weight of each index by means of scientific method.It can be directly response of advantages and disadvantages of the person being tested through the testing results,it can avoiding egalitarianism or assessment results affected by subjective factors,such as problems,also can perform better performance appraisal and provide a reference for improvement of performance evaluation system of other enterprises.
