China's Development Finance Participation In PPP Model Research

With the new situation that China's economic growth has been changing from high-speed to middle-speed,financial revenue growth has been declining,rigid fiscal spending has been increasing continuously,the government paid high attention to popularize the utilization of Public-Private Partnership model(referred to as PPP below)in the field of infrastructure construction and public services.Development finance as the deepening and development of policy finance,to serve the national development strategy for the purpose of relying on the national credit in China's economic development and reform play an important role.As an important financial form between the government and the market,the development finance and the PPP model are compatible and are expected to be the core forces to support the development and popularization of the PPP model.At present,there are still some problems in the practice of PPP in China,such as imperfect construction of relevant laws and regulations,imperfect investment return mechanism and irrational risk distribution,so that PPP is confronted by social capital.Researching development financial institutions to participate in the PPP model,it is helpful to improve the efficiency of the supply of public goods and services in China,which can help to improve the development of China's development financing and deepening the development of PPP model.And it has certain guiding significance for the mode selection and mode innovation of China's development financing in the future practice,and application value.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter of the introduction,introduced the research content of this article,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter defines the Development financing and PPP in China,and then analyzes the advantages and significance of China's development financing participation in PPP.The third and fourth chapters summarize the main modes of China's development financing participation in PPP from the practice case in our country,namely,industrial investment model,fund investment model and financialservice mode.And then combine the case to analyze the economic utility of each model.The fifth chapter is the comparison of various models and applied research.Through the case analysis of each model of financing advantages and scope of application;and then the model in China's application status and application of the existing problems to study.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development of China's financial participation in PPP,combining with the present situation and existing problems of each model in China.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of the study.
