The petroleum engineering technology service enterprises occupy a very important position in the national economic development.Every aspect of the petroleum engineering technology service enterprises need a variety of disciplines and a lot of technical support,and with the continuous development and expansion,which solves the technical problem of more and more complex,the market demand change constantly,which requires the will to rely on synergy innovation network for the realization of collaborative innovation.Collaborative innovation network structure composed of collaborative innovation,collaborative innovation can create a good environment,contribute to technology,knowledge and information resources quickly spread on the network,to achieve the most optimal allocation of petroleum engineering technology service enterprise resources,improve the efficiency of technological innovation,promote the development of economy.Therefore,this article takes the petroleum engineering technology service enterprise as the research object,carries on the appraisal to the collaborative innovation network structure,and proposes the optimization countermeasure.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of petroleum engineering technology service enterprises and collaborative innovation network,and introduces the social network analysis method,which lays a solid theoretical foundation.Then,this paper from the social network analysis to analyze the influencing factors of innovation network structure from the perspective of the coordination of the petroleum engineering technical service enterprises,including the environment,behavior,structure and main factors;on the basis of the analysis of petroleum engineering technology service enterprise synergy innovation network structure characteristics were analyzed in influencing factors,including the relationship between network characteristics and network structure.Based on this,this paper constructs a conceptual model of "Collaborative innovation network structure characteristics influencing factors" —— "collaborative innovation network structure characteristics" —— "the evaluation of collaborative innovation network structure".On the basis of the evaluation model and the evaluation index,analysis method of H petroleum engineering technology service enterprise collaborative innovation network structure was evaluated by using the social network,the whole network,the individual network respectively,and structural hole subgroup analysis,toevaluate the actual results.Finally,put forward for China’s petroleum engineering technology service enterprise collaborative innovation network structure optimization countermeasures,including building collaborative innovation environment innovation network is good,the structure layout optimization of collaborative innovation network,and strengthen the role of collaborative subject innovation network in the network structure of the position,to strengthen the synergy innovation network behavior of the main contact.Through this study,in order to study the petroleum engineering technical service enterprises of collaborative innovation network structure construction and optimization measures provide useful theoretical support,provides a new way for the research of collaborative innovation network structure.It can promote the technical innovation and knowledge application of petroleum engineering technology service enterprises in our country,and also provide some support for other enterprises in collaborative innovation network structure research.
