Research And Development Of Economic Evaluation System For Oilfield Productivity Construction

Oilfield project development is a high-tech,high investment and high risk project,with many arguments from the rationality of the project,the project can make reasonable judgment to the management right,improve investment returns.The economic evaluation of the oil field production project as an important part of the feasibility of the development of oil field,in the current national economic laws and regulations under the guidance of the predicted target expenditure and profit index to analyze economic benefit and feasibility of the proposed production projects,thus become the main basis for the development of investment decisions.This paper first studies the basic theories and basic knowledge(such as oil and gas operating costs,financial expenses,management fees,operating expenses,taxes,etc.)on oilfield capacity construction projects,oilfield development and expansion projects,and summarizes the basic theories and basic knowledge The actual situation of various oilfield development economic evaluation methods,formulas and parameters,put forward the oil production capacity construction project economic evaluation model and process.Then,according to the oil in the current oil production capacity project economic evaluation of the relevant provisions and the latest software development standards,system development.Finally,an application example is given to prove that the calculation results are accurate and effective.This system is based on the actual operation of Daqing oilfield Design Institute,some production parameters must be obtained by calculating the data,such as production costs and expenses,profits,financial internal rate of return,financial net present value,cash flow,investment payback period.The breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis,the effects of various unfavorable factors to the project,in order to determine the risk degree of the project may allow,and help the decision-making feasibility of oil and gas field development project to make scientific decisions.The development of the system is through the establishment of SQL database,file upload,using Windows2003 Server IIS and Microsoft Studio.Net 2010 server platform design.So far the system has been running well and effectively improving the efficiency of economic evaluation of Daqing Oilfield Design Institute.The data integrity,reliability and 100%processing accuracy rate has been proved by practice,and the evaluation time has been shorten by at least 97%,meanwhile the work efficiency has been improved of 6-15 times.
