Research On The Urbanization Development Quality Of Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Population,Economy And Land

Urbanization is the only way for human progress and social development.It is the necessary stage of modernization process and has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for China's comprehensive construction of socialist well-off society.Nobel Prize Winner Stiglitz believes that one of the two major events affecting the world in the 21 st century is the China's urbanization.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid progress of economy and society,the urbanization of our country has made remarkable achievements,according to the 2015 data show that China's urbanization rate has increased to 56% level,entered the accelerated urbanization development period.However,due to China's long-term more extensive economic development model,the problems in the process of urbanization in China are also more prominent,focusing on the rapid urbanization of urbanization,rural migration population lag,investment and consumption imbalance,public resource allocation imbalance and other issues,which makes the "pseudo-urbanization","semi-urbanization" or even "ghost town" phenomenon gradually emerged.The root of the problem lies in the long-term,in our unique urban and rural dual land system and household registration system,urbanization can be relatively cheap access to urban construction land and sufficient labor to achieve rapid development,although the city built area continued expansion,the resident population is increasing rapidly,but the level and quality of urbanization are in urgent need of improvement.There is no doubt that this kind of urbanization development mode is unsustainable in the context of China's economic and social development in full entry into the "new normal",therefore,we need to improve our population,economy,land in the urbanization level of each subsystem and the mutual coordination between development as the starting point,to enhance the overall quality of urbanization development,and ultimately leading China's economic,political,social,cultural and ecological tourism construction.Shanxi Province,as a typical resource-based region in China,was established in2010 as a "national resource-based economic transformation comprehensive reform pilot area",now with China's economic development into the quality and efficiency of the "new normal" period,it is more necessary to firmly grasp the important strategic opportunity of the development of new urbanization.Under the support of high-quality urbanization development,we will gradually adapt to the new economic normal andrealize the social transformation and development.Therefore,this essay takes ShanXi Province as the research object,in the population,economy,land perspective on its urbanization development of the coordination rate of assessment and evaluation,and according to these to enhance the coordination of urbanization in ShanXi Province,the health of the corresponding policy recommendations.Firstly,the essay makes a simple combing and reviewing the basic concepts and related theoretical basis of urbanization,and provides a theoretical basis for the study of the problems.Secondly,learn from others research experience,according to the actual situation of ShanXi Province,the essay constructs the evaluation index system of urbanization development coordination under the view of population,economy and land,then the use the comprehensive level analysis and principal component analysis method to calculate,compare and the evaluation of ShanXi Province at different times and the various cities in the population,land and economic urbanization of the comprehensive level and the degree of coordination between the three.Finally,according to the above calculation results and the development of urbanization in ShanXi Province,try to promote the quality development of ShanXi Province town put forward targeted,applicability of policy recommendations.
