Research On The Human-land Link Mechanism Of Urbanization In Shanxi Province

At present,in Shanxi province,the economic and social development is undergoing continuous transformation,and urbanization is advancing steadily.In the process of urbanization,there is a prominent problem that the urbanization of registered population lags behind permanent population.To promote the human-centered urbanization,to guarantee the need of land that become urban residents population,Shanxi ministry of land and resources and other 5 organizations jointly printed and distributed?Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Linking Mechanism between the Increase of Urban Construction Land and the Number of Agricultural Transferred Population Settlements?in 2016.In order to satisfy the land need of transfer about 3.5 million agricultural population and other permanent population in town,the Detailed Rules proposed "Human-land Linkage Mechanism".On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,combing with the theory and practice which were from the process of our country urbanization,with urban cadastral data and Urban household registration data from 2010 to 2017 years,by visiting and investigating the practical cases of human-land linkage mechanism in typical counties,the paper analyzes the present situation and prominent question of human-land linkage mechanism in Shanxi province.By analysing the data and case data collected from the survey comprehensively,the paper masters the basic characteristics of the relationship between increasing construction land and absorbing agricultural transferred population in typical Counties.Quantitatively analysing its changing trend,qualitatively analysing the influencing factors of human-land linkage mechanism,the paper summarizes the difficulties and experiences encountered in the implementation of human-land linkage mechanism in typical counties,and puts forward suitable suggestions for the human-land linkage mechanism.
