Opening pattern of financial market has gradually formed along with the steady development and growth of China's economy.Domestic and foreign banks are vying the markets of major cities in China.The talent localization strategy will inevitably aggravate the competition of financial talents.The five state-owned commercial banks(SOCBs)are the main body of China's finance.The asset scales or practitioners of the five SOCBs play Nleading role in China's economic development.But with the booming of various forms of financial organizations,the five SOCBs will face the increasing competition pressure with other Chinese commercial banks,private banks and foreign commercial banks.Especially,personnel competition and reassignment in the SOCBs are serious.The SOCBs will gradually lose their talent advantages gathered by policies in the initial stage of reform and opening-up.The market share of financial resources of SOCBs as well as the operating efficiency is gradually declining.The personnel loss is also serious,which even affects the normal operations of several banks due to the lack of staffs.This fact shows that,the SOCBs are lack of preparation for the talent competition in the rapid development of financial industry,and also lack of forward-looking strategies and countermeasures.Under this background,an analysis of the state of brain drain in SOCBs is very important.This paper attempts to analyze the status and causes of human resource loss of Nselected SOCB in Nanchang.According to the theory of human resource loss and considering long-term and short-term situations,we propose Nseries of countermeasures and suggestions,such as Nconstructive and distinctive corporate culture,improving the management of employee's career,establishing an orderly salary system,improving the employment mechanism,and improving the training efficacy,etc.We expect to change the current situation of human resource loss in the selected SOCB in Nanchang,to build Ngood human resource management operation mechanism,and to promote to maintain good development of this SOCB in the situation of financial talent competition.
