Study On Material Purchasing Management Of Maintenance And Renovation Project Of Daqing Oilfield A Company

Material purchasing management of maintenance and renovation project is an important content of project management for oilfield enterprise,is the material basis for the maintenance and reconstruction project.As the starting point of the project construction,material purchasing is directly related to the cost and profit of the project construction,which is the key link to control the project cost,improve the efficiency of the project construction,and enhance the competitiveness of the project.Based on the relevant researches of project purchasing management at home and abroad,this paper this paper expounds the connotation,classification of purchasing and the definition and characteristics of project purchasing,analyzes the influencing factors of material purchasing management of maintenance and renovation project including internal relations of project purchasing organization,management system of project purchasing,supplier management of project purchasing,project purchasing quality management,project purchasing cost management,project purchasing contract management and project purchasing risk management.According to the principles of constructing material purchasing management of maintenance and renovation project index system,this paper builds an index evaluation system of material purchasing management of maintenance and renovation project including 7 level indicators and 24 secondary indicators through indicators setting and indicators screening.In this paper,the network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)is used to determine the weight of evaluation index of material purchasing management,this paper introduces the application of structure model and calculation principle of ANP,by questionnaire survey method as a way to get data,the weight calculation of maintenance and rebuilding project purchasing management at all levels of evaluation index by using the SD 2 software.On this basis,this paper takes the maintenance and rebuilding project of A company as the research object,using the comprehensive evaluation method of ANP to calculate the project purchasing management comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the values of all indicators.Based on the above results,this paper clearly defines the important content and shortage of material purchasing management.And this paper puts forward the way to improve the management level of material purchasing management of A company by strengthening the internal management of the organization,improving the purchasing management system,refining the supplier management,strengthening the purchasing quality management,strengthening the purchasing cost management,strengthening the purchasing contract management and strengthening the purchasing risk management.
