During the continuous progress of the world economy and society,tourism has become the main way of leisure and entertainment,this led to the rapid development of the tourism industry.Chinese and Russian tourism industry occupies an important position in the national economy of these countries,especially Chinese tourism industry plays a huge role in promoting the national economic growth.The tour guide is the main personnel of the reception work in tourism service industry,the nature of his work is mainly to serve the tourists,so the tour guide is also an important factor affecting the development of tourism.With the rapid development of tourism,both China and Russia attach great importance to the tour guides team building.China and Russia in the tour guide system have both the same characteristics and different aspects because of differences in social systems.Reasonable tour guide compensation system can encourage tour guides to make greater contributions to the tourism industry and to achieve more social value.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation and problems of the tour guides salary system in China and Russia,and deriving experience and enlightenment of the tour guide system from this comparison.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,it mainly elaborates the background of the topic selection and explains a research significance of the comparative analysis of the Sino-Russian tour guide salary systems.This chapter also introduces the researching rout and research methods of the thesis,in order to help to understand from the introduction part the structure and research objectives of the entire paper.The second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis analysis,this chapter sorts out and evaluates Chinese and Russian relevant research,sums up the shortcomings of existed research,it also defines the tour guide system and the concept of salary,and clarifies the scope of this paper.Furthermore,the chapter puts forward the theoretical hypothesis from the perspectives of the demand hierarchy theory and the equity theory,which provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the tour guide salary systems in China and Russia.The third chapter analyzes the development process and current situation of Chinese and Russian tour guide salary system,and from a comprehensive and systematic point of view finds out the characteristics of Chinese and Russian tour guide salary systems.Based on the previous analysis the fourth chapter conducts a comparative analysis of the Sino-Russian tour guide salary system,including the structure of tour guide salary system,the existing problems etc.The study finds out differences between two countries in terms of tour guides salary composition,status orientation,salary level and advance income.The fifth chapter gives some countermeasures and suggestions to the Russian tour guide salary system.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole thesis,elaborates a research insufficiency and a plan of the future study.
