Since the reform and opening up, tourism industry has been developing rapidly in China, and tour guide group has continued to grow. The income of tour guide was different in diffrernt cities due to the impact of economic development, and the phenomenon caused adverse effects. The service quality of tour guide is depends on the guide's income status, and the present system of tourism industry is also not perfect, many tour guides also belong to the community's three no-people, that is, no minimum wage, no social welfare and no minimum guarantee. What's worse, some tour guides have to pay a certain amount of money in order to secure the opportunity. It is not fair for tour guide who plays such an important role in tourism industry. A lot of guides have chosen asking for tips, taking tourist to mang shops and addingscenic spots to gain their interests, and these measures not only damaged the legitimate rights of tourists, but also undermined the professional image of the tour guides and seriously affected the healthy development of the tourism industry. How to enable the tourism industry out of this misunderstanding and change the current vicious cycle? The effective way is to formulate a reasonable guide revenue system, improve the tourism-related laws and regulations, strengthen the internal management of the tourism industry.
