It is an important task that how to realize the transformation to modern financial enterprises to rural commercial bank.B rural commercial bank established only 3 years ago,shaping and strengthening enterprise brand needs.As a bank that transforming to modern financial enterprise,its brand construction and management experience not only can provide reference for the national farmers and financial institutions,but also provide reference for the bra nd construction of small and medium-sized commercial Banks.This paper with the brand positioning and the bank brand building theory as the theoretical basis,with B rural commercial bank in the historical evolution and brand accumulation,competitive products and services,CIS(corporate identity system),enterprise culture and so on brand construction content as the main research object,analyzed the rural commercial bank in some of the key problems in building a brand,at the same time,combing inductive rural commercial bank brand building experience,put forward B rural commercial bank brand building should take steps and implementation guarantee.The enterprise overall brand and product brand from macro to micro,fro m the overall to individual layers of in-depth analysis;rural commercial bank brand construction project analysis theory of brand in rural commercial bank brand construction and management of concrete application.This paper first analyzes the rural commercial bank brand positioning,introd uce the basic situation of A city dealer Banks,comparison and analysis of A city commercial bank 's market competitiveness and industry status,analysis the impact of interest rate marketization to B rural commercial bank and small medium-sized Banks,put forward the pertinence B rural commercial bank brand positioning,the competition strategy of commercial bank.Secondly,combined with their own situation and the competition situation analysis of B rural commercial bank problems existing in the merchants bank brand building,and to clarify the causes of problems.Finally,analyze and suggest brand build path and strategy of B rural commercial bank,the implementation of the CIS,the key points of enterprise culture construction and the need to establish the guarantee system of brand building.Paper is intended to unify the brand marketing and brand management idea,mining rural commercial bank brand construction and management of new ideas and specific realizing tactics of "brand rural commercial bank ".
