In recent years,China's credit card industry has developed rapidly.With the popularity of credit card payment,a growing number of people choose credit card to payment.All major banks have to seize the credit card market,the trading volume of credit card is rising rapidly.Increasingly fierce market competition and the growing risk of credit card business with each passing day make post loan management play a more and more important role in preventing the risk of credit card and guaranteeing financial security and profitability of bank loan.Therefore,in order to improve the overall performance level of post-loan personnel,enhance the level of organization and management,and thereby to improve the core competitiveness and strategic objectives of the organization,it is particularly importantto establish a set of effective and scientific performance management system.Based on the basic theory and methodsof performance management,this paper takes M Bank Credit Card Center C loan personnel as the research object,and studies the existing problems of performance management deeply by the study ofperformance management.The author finds the existingproblems in performance management system of the current post-loan personnel and analyzes the causes throught theoretical analysis,practical research,qualitative and quantitative methods.The study sums up the problems of performance management scheme of the original department existing in the system itself and the implementation,which are targeted.For example,the lack of the contents of assessment,unreasonable indicators,the lack of integrity of performance management system.And thenaccording to the composition and business featuresthe of post-loan personnel of current M bank credit card C center,combining the existing problems of performance management system,the study finds the reasons,decomposes the work objectives with the balanced Scorecard methods and redesigns the KPI evaluation index of post-loan personnel.Moreover,the study optimizes four aspects of the process of performance management system: performance planning,performance implementation and management,performance evaluation and performance feedback,and then puts forward the design scheme,which finally forms new post-loan personnel performance management system of M Bank Credit Card Center C.The new post-loan personnel performance management system,it makes the performance objectives of the personnel achieve and serve the overall strategies and makes managersbetter understand the advantages and disadvantages of employees.Besides employees can also understand the performance requirements of the organization,the performance feedback and coaching helping employees improve performance.Finally,it can achieve the purpose of improving organizational performance.Last but not the least,to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the re-design of the performance management,the author provides safeguard measures and recommendations from the culture construction of department performance management and the establishment of other related security systems.It is practical.This paper based on the theoryof performance management to find out the existing problems,analyze the causes and optimize and design of performance management system through the deep analysis of the current situations of post-loan personnel performance management in M Bank Credit Card Center C,which lays a solid foundation for improving the overall performance level of post-loan personnel and provides some reference experience for similar businesses to establish practical performancemanagement.
