A Case Study On The Cultivation Of Big Data Industry By Guizhou Provincial Government

After the global financial crisis broke out in 2008,the world economic recovery is struggling,and China's economy has been slowing down after more than 30 years of rapid growth.The local governments are under great pressure of economic transformation and upgrading.As the challenges of population,environment and energy become more and more serious,the traditional industries have been declining and sluggish.The lack of local economic development has prompted the local governments to turn to scientific and technological innovation,vigorously cultivate new industries and try to find new energy for economic development.In recent years,a new generation of information technology,high-end equipment manufacturing,new energy,new materials and other emerging industries entered a period of rapid expansion,the scale of the industry is expanding,economic capacity has continued to improve,become the backbone of promote the realization of the transformation and development of the local economy.However,behind the blind expansion,due to the lack of scientific planning and reasonable guidance,leading to the early development of new industries will be subject to its own internal contradictions and external factors,the comprehensive constraints can not give full play to the local economic contribution potential.Based on the above background,this paper selects the Guizhou provincial government to cultivate the large data industry as a case study.On the basis of elaborating the background,path,main measures and achievements of the case,this paper makes a special discussion on the platform support,the factor support and the market support of the Guizhou provincial government to build the big data industry.This paper focuses on the analysis of the main methods and experiences of the Guizhou provincial government,so as to sum up the experience and enlightenment of the local government to cultivate new industries.There are eight chapters:The first chapter,the author puts forward the research topic of this paper,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.On the basis of combing and analyzing the present situation of the research on the cultivation of new industries at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of this paper is expounded,and the research ideas,research contents and technical route are determined.Second chapter,the case of a typical analysis,expounded the development of China's large data industry and the existence of the main confusion,that the Guizhou provincial government to cultivate large data industry case typical value.Third chapter,case description,introduces the background,main stage and main measures of Guizhou provincial government to cultivate large data industry,and summarizes the main achievements.Fourth,fifth,sixth chapter,key factor analysis,special study Guizhou provincial government to cultivate large data industry process to build platform support,factor support,market support,summed up the government's main experience and practice.Seventh,eighth chapter,Reference and Enlightenment,Conclusion and Prospect.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the case,the author draws the experience and inspiration of the local government to cultivate the new industry,clarifies the conclusion of this paper,points out the limitations of this paper and puts forward the prospect of the next research.
