The Research On How Nanping Municipal Government Promote The Development Of Local Bamboo Industry

The important work of the Chinese government,which is performing the economic regulation function,guiding market subject behavior,speeding up adjustment of traditional industrial structure,achieving economic steady growth in "new normalcy",which is in<The 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China>voted through in the Fourth Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress on 16 March,2016.Bamboo industry is the major income source to the peasant farm in the north of Fujian to increase income and then throw off poverty.So Bamboo industry is a traditional advantaged agriculture and forestry industry,which is long term guided and helped long-term by Nanping municipal government which is located in the north of Fujian and in hilly area.In recent years,along with deepening supply-side structural reform continuously,bamboo industry in northern Fujian enters transformation period of resource management mode,adjustment and upgrade period of industrial structure,and emerging market development period of product.The industrial structure and scale of the local bamboo industry already has changed a lot and become better,and promoted great benefits of industry.But it still faced with many problems,such as single industrial structure,small scale industry,less innovation ability of bamboo artware enterprises,and so on.The industrial structure of local bamboo industry longs for new-round adjustment and optimization,the vitality of local bamboo enterprises long for further release.Hereby,this text follows the local government performs functions of adjusting economy,supervising market,managing society and serving public;with the correlative theories of ecological economics,the theory of governmental public administration function and public-choice theory;applies research methods of literature research method and empirical analysis method.It researches the measures and effects of promoting bamboo industrial development by Nanping municipal government,analyzes the problems and causes in Nanping municipal government promoting bamboo industrial development,learns excellent experiences of developing bamboo industry from domestic and overseas local governments,puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to Nanping municipal government developing bamboo industry in new period,hopes to provide some help to the local government for promoting industrial development under the new normal.
