A Survey Of Demand Willingness Of Earthquake Insurance For Beijing Urban And Rural Residents

July 1st,2016,China's urban and rural housing insurance is about to full sale.Meanwhile,Dec.26 th the related insurance products has been transacted in Shanghai Insurance Stock Exchange.All these infers the institution of urban and rural housing insurance has been established completely in China and it can provide non-stop integrated services including insurance acceptance,claim,exchange and accounting.Based on this,divide the whole Beijing area into 8 regions: Haidian,Fengtai,Shijingshan,Chaoyang,the Northeast corner(Miyun,Pinggu,Huairou,Shunyi),Southwest corner(Daxing,Fangshan,Mentougou and Tongzhou),Dongcheng District,Xicheng District,I conduct a random survey according to the demand of earthquake catastrophe insurance in different regions and analysis of influencing factors based on the survey data results.The report includes 6 parts,Part 1 is research background and significance.Part 2 is research design,the content consist of introduction of survey,questionnaire's design,handing out and recycling.Part 3 is reliability analysis and validity analysis.Part 4 is descriptive analysis of survey data,including 4 ingredients: Gender,Age,Personal annual income,Education status,as well as cross-over analysis of related ingredients.Part 5 is using SPSS21.0 Statistical software for significance analysis.and draw the conclusion that the following ingredients has significant influenced the earthquake catastrophe insurance: First,purchasing commercial insurance;Second,the acknowledge of China's urban and rural housing insurance;Third,the type of insurance company;Fourth,the process of the construction the implementation of the housing security measures.Based on the survey conclusion,I put forward below 6 opinions and suggestions at the end of the report,first,from the perspective of promoting demand,strengthen the education of TV network and website to earthquake catastrophe;second,from the perspective of risk management,do a good job in the construction of seismic fortification;third,from the point of view of insurance companies,large Chinese property insurance companies should play a major role;fourth,increase the Insured Amount to enlarge the demand;fifth,the reinsurance of earthquake insurance should be greatly expanded;finally,the government should attach importance to the adjustment mechanism in the earthquake insurance market.
