Inventory management is always an important problem I enterprise managem ent.Medicine,as a special product,concerns the safety of people's lives and therefor e its management is more important than that of other products.The competition of th e dispensaries are increasingly intense so how to retain the regular customers,develo p new customers and keep the appropriate storage become the common concern of ev ery dispensary.Hence,the present paper,based on the analysis of the present inventor y in Z pharmaceutical industry,carries out a suitable plan to manage its storage.After the thorough exploration in terms of some aspects as choice of suppliers,basi c inventory models and the like,it establishes a new management system of inventor y for Z company,including joint inventory management,establishment of the basic in ventory model and the like.It puts forward a new scheme for accessing and optimizing upstream suppliers,wit h the purpose to share mutual information,minimize bullwhip effects,better the gener al inventory,lower costs and promote the overall competitive ability of companies.For the prediction and replenishment of the inventory,It firstly figures out the pro blems in the former prediction and replenishment and finds a new inventory contro l model more suitable to Z pharmaceutical company.It also explores the problems reg arding the feasibility,limitation and application of the new inventory model.The inventory management is the concern of every industry,the researches in the p aper demonstrate the joint inventory management and the new model of prediction an d replenishment improve the inventory management in Z pharmaceutical company.
