As the technology develop in the model society, the high-tech enterprise products become more and more important. After study the high-tech enterprise and the product, we find that the product life cycle of the high-tech enterprise is short; it is difficult to forecast demand; the product shortage cost is high. The slashing of old products' price is very large, when the new product instead the old one. In this paper we study the"Gap Effect"in the high-tech enterprise supply chain, and discuss the influence about the high-tech enterprise supply chain in different models.Firstly, in this paper we discussed the conception about the high-tech enterprise, and discussed a product life cycle demand function with a "gap" based on the product life cycle theory of the high-tech enterprise product, then in chapter three this function is simulated by using system dynamics software.Secondly, we describe four models of the supply chain and their characteristics. The four types of models include traditional supply chain management, Vendor-managed inventory, Joint Managed Inventory, collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment. And we introduced the relevant knowledge of System Dynamics .in the same chapter.Thirdly, in this paper we use a method of System Dynamics and relation theory to analyze four management models. So that we can make sure the relation between each factor, and draw the cause and effect relationship diagrams. Then we established four System Dynamics simulation models, and validated the validity of the models by running those models. Finally, we use a demand function about Product Life Cycle with"gap effect"in the model to observe the surge of the demand forecast curve and stock curve in different management models. By comparing the number of the shortage product and the remaining number of product at the end of the product life cycle, we analyze adaptability of the management model about the product in high-tech enterprise supply chain.
