Since the foundation of Capital Airport Property Management(CAPM),we are continuously contribute to make a comfortable travel experiences for the passengers.With the rapidly changing of the relevant trade market,and combine with the opening competition strategy of Capital Airport Holding,We are facing the pressure from both customer service and company management.As a traditional labor-intensive company,we cannot afford the cost of human resource and daily onerous management.It prevent us becoming a management company.With the continuous improvement of the labor law,the proportion of labor dispatch staff in the enterprise has been strictly defined.The traditional recruitment model and management model has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of enterprises.With the appearance of the “separation of management and operation” model,we can outsource the operation part and keep our management part to decrease the cost.Hence,we can focus on developing management ability.To run this mode,we must suit its measures to local conditions.Considering the complex business of our company,we need a set of mature management model as a guide.Amoeba management created by the Japanese management expert Inamori Kazuo,as a model of successful management experience,can help the company with modularization,meticulous management,and enhance the professional management level.In this paper,the Amoeba model is introduced into the separation of management and operation of CAPM management transformation.Through the evaluation of the applicability of this model and with the help of the successful experience in the related industries,this paper analyzes the demand of the Amoeba model in CAPM management transformation,and establish our own Amoeba model.Try to find out the factors that affecting the sustainability of amoeba model in a long-term transformation.Through the analysis of the actual case,evaluate the applicability of this model in other outsource business. |
