An Research On The Relationship Of Development Of Logistics Industry And New Urbanization Of China

New urbanization is a historic task of our country's modernization construction,and an important strategy during the period of deepening reform.With the going on of New urbanization,the demand for logistics industry will be increased certainly.So,to study the relationship of development of logistics industry and level of New urbanization quantitatively,explore how logistics industry serve well New urbanization construction and coordinates with the development of New Urbanization will be very important.Based on this and relevant study,Using relevant statistical data during 2003-2013,this paper carries out regression analysis on development of logistics industry and level of new urbanization of each province with comprehensive evaluation index systems firstly.The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between them,that per capita investment in fixed assets of logistics industry stands for supply has positive impact on new urbanization level of each province,but the size varies.And per capita total retail sales of social consumer goods stands for demand has no contribution for level of new urbanization of developed regions,but has positive impact on level of new urbanization of less developed regions.The analysis of short-term influence shows that short-term effect is weaker than long-term.Next,panel VAR model is established to study the interactive relationship between them,which including GMM,impulse response and variance decomposition.The results show that although new urbanization has considerable ability to remain stable,measures on the basis of regional economy and the development of logistics industry still can promote the improvement of level of New urbanization.And contribution of the development of logistics industry for New urbanization enhances unceasingly as time goes on.
