Study On The Interactive Relationship Between The Development Of Urbanization And The Information Industry In Shijiazhuang

In 2012 the 18 th Party Congress explicitly put forward the concept of "New-type Urbanization", New-type Urbanization is not simply proportion of the urban population increase and the expansion of the scale, but emphasize thetransition from "town" to "city" in the industrial support, living environment, social security,living style and some other side, and achieve sustainable development of urban and rural, ultimately realize the "no difference in development of people". While since entering twenty-first Century,the promoting of traditional industry to urbanization has been slightly weak. The experience of developed countries shows that due to the information industry with high technology content and added value,and less environmental pollution, its development are of great benefit to improve the level and quality of urbanization, so the development of the information industry will play a vital role in China’s future development time.Shijiazhuang,as the capital of Hebei Province,the level of urbanization is advancing by leaps and bounds in recent years, but according to the experience,Shijiazhuang is in a stage of urbanization development which if only rely on traditional industries to promote is outdated Therefore, the government of Shijiazhuang initiatively upgrade the industrial structure by establish the "Information consumption pilot city" and "Luquan information industry cluster",in order to take the initiative in the next phase of the development of urbanization, continue to maintain a steady improvement in the level of Urbanization. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the interaction between the development of Shijiazhuang and the information industry in the new context, so as to promote the coordinated development of the urbanization and the information industry in Shijiazhuang.Firstly this paper sorts out the related research of new urbanization and information industry, and defines the related conceptions.Then, the present situation of Shijiazhuang’s urbanization and the development of information industry and the level in the whole country are analyzed deeply according to the data collected by the cities and regions. After these,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between urbanization and the development of information industry in Shijiazhuang by using the collected data. In the empirical study, this paper first uses the gray correlation analysis method to study the relationship between the information industry and its subclasses and the urbanization development of Shijiazhuang.Then use Granger causality test and regression analysis method to analyze the interactive relationship between the urbanization and the information industry in Shijiazhuang. At the end of the paper, the research conclusions and the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
