The Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Industrialization And New Urbanization In Chengdu

The coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization is the inherent requirement of economic health and sustainable development.Chengdu as an important practice area of the "two interactive,urban and rural" development strategy of Sichuan Province,and "national integrated urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area",researching the coordinated development level of its new industrialization and new urbanization has very important practical value and policy significance.On the basis of systematically combing the new industrialization and new urbanization research literature and expounding the relevant theory,this paper first uses the IU,NU ratio method to make a preliminary judgment on the coordinated development level of the new industrialization and the new urbanization in Chengdu.Secondly,by constructing the evaluation index system of new industrialization and new urbanization comprehensive development level,using the principal component analysis and coupling coordination model to evaluate the new industrialization and new urbanization comprehensive development level and its interaction in the process of development of coupling coordination degree of Chengdu and its 19 districts(city)county in 2014 systematically.Finally,according to the empirical conclusion,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization in Chengdu and each district(city)county to the high level of highly coupled policy recommendations.The conclusions of this study are:(1)the development of new industrialization and new urbanization in Chengdu city is basically synchronous low level highly coupled coordination;(2)The comprehensive development level and the coupling coordination level of the new industrialization and new urbanization in Chengdu has obvious circle characteristics.Namely,the first circle in the new urbanization is clearly ahead of the new level of industrialization development of the high level of moderate coupling coordination level,the second circle in the new urbanization lagsbehind the development of new industrialization in mild moderate / high level highly coupled coordination state,the third circle most counties are in low level and moderate coupling coordination degree of new urbanization lags behind the development of new industrialization;(3)part of the county obvious "transaction",the development of "point pole" characteristics and circle integration trend highlights.Accordingly,the article put forward three policy recommendations: First,clear the development of two positioning,to promote the circle of various districts(city)county high level of coordinated development of the new industrialization and urbanization;Second,deepen the reform and promote the integration of circle development;Third,strengthen cooperation with the external economic zone,promoting new industrialization and urbanization in Chengdu city to coordinate the development of high level coupling.
