| Although leap-forward development has achieved for Zhejiang agricultural mechanization,the low level of the mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas has seriously hindered the balanced development of the whole province."Machine-instead-of-human" in agriculture is regard as the symbol of the present agricultural mechanization in Zhejiang province.Therefore,it is not only the top priority for Zhejiang province but also the practial requirement for hilly and mountainous areas to accelerate the development of agricultural mechanization Based on the comprehensive study of relevant literature,this paper investigated the methods of improving agricultural machinery development in hilly and mountainous areas of Zhejiang province.To be specific,four aspects were discussed as follows:1)The environment of agricultural mechanization development was studied in hilly and mountainous areas of Zhejiang province based on SWOT and AHP methods.And the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by this areas were analyzed.Besides,the AHP method was combined to conduct a quantitative study of this four above-mentioned factors,then,SO strategic idea with full use of the internal advantages and eternal opportunities was proposed to develop the agricultural mechanization in this areas.2)Agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas may follow the developing path,combining mechanization of farming with industrialization,infrastructure construction with agricultural machinery innovation development,portable security with economization and environmental protection,innovation development mechanism with optimization of the support policy.It may develop in two ways,including complete mechanization and semi-mechanization combined with labor force.Therefore,to achieve the development goal in 2020,the development methods were proposed,such as intensifying the support policy,improving the agricultural machinery operation infrastructure,speeding up the weak connection between agricultural production machines and demonstration promotion,and encouraging all kinds of agricultural machinery work force.3)The general requirement of agricultural machinery equipments was investigated from the perspective of the development of agriculture and agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas of Zhejiang province.The demand of the development of agricultural development focus on the seeding and harvesting of grain and oil crops,the stages requiring too much labor force of the production of some characteristic economy crops,such as grain,oil,vegetables,tea,fruits,edible fungi and Chinese medicinal materials and aquaculture,and the crucial links of facility agriculture and the ecological cycle of agriculture.As for the development distribution of agricultural mechanization,the landscape and regional type and advantageous agricultural products in hilly and mountainous areas both have to be taken into consideration.4)Several political recommendations and practical measures have been put forward to further accelerate the agricultural mechanization development in hilly and mountainous areas of Zhejiang province according to the successful experience of agricultural modernization at home and abroad. |
