Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Social Service Of Agricultural Machinery In Hilly And Mountainous Areas

With the development of economy,the income gap between urban and rural areas has increased and attracted a large number of rural labor force,especially in hilly and mountainous areas,the input cost of agricultural production is large and the comparative benefits are reduced.With the decrease of agricultural labor force,there is an aging and feminization trend in rural farming,and the phenomenon of abandoning wasteland appears.Under the household contract responsibility system,the land management of small farmers in hilly and mountainous areas is seriously shredded,which limits the desire of small farmers to invest in purchasing agricultural machinery.The 2016 National Symposium on Mechanization of Hilly and Mountain areas was held in Chongqing.It is pointed out that the necessity of socialized service development of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas is to solve the practical problem of "who will plant land and how to plant land".Therefore,the development of socialized service of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas is feasible and helpful to promote the process of mechanization as a whole in China.In this paper,225 valid questionnaires were obtained from farmers in Longshu Town,Zhaotong City,to understand the individual characteristics,family characteristics,cultivated land characteristics and social characteristics of the farmers interviewed,and the specific situation of the socialized service of agricultural machinery.Through descriptive statistics,this paper analyzes the demand of farmers for socialized service of agricultural machinery in Longshu Town in hilly areas,adopts links,obtains channels,the status of service subjects and evaluates the services that have been obtained.By using cross analysis and chi-square test on the basis of cross frequency,this paper focuses on the influencing factors of farmers’ adopting socialized service of agricultural machinery,and obtains the following results: The age of farmers,the number of agricultural labor force,the total household income,the household liquidity,the area of cultivated land,the degree of leveling,the collection of fees for socialized services of mechanically cultivated roads and agricultural machinery,and the degree of satisfaction of the main body of the service,The relevant policy information of the government has a significant impact on the use of social services of agricultural machinery by farmers.There was no significant impact on farmers’ gender,health status,education level and farmers’ ownership of agricultural machinery and the use of socialized services of agricultural machinery by farmers.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of farmers’ socialized service of agricultural machinery in Longshu Town of Zhaotong City,and combined with the presentsituation of the development of socialized service of agricultural machinery in Yunnan Province,in order to improve the utilization rate of socialized service of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,and to better develop the socialized service of agricultural machinery,It is put forward that we should increase the supply of new agricultural machinery and tools for socialized service of agricultural machinery,speed up land circulation and large-scale management,improve the degree of concurrent transformation of farmers,promote the demand for agricultural machinery service,and increase the propaganda of socialized service of agricultural machinery.Countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing and perfecting the socialized service system of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,etc.
