Since twenty-first century,information technology has changed frequently.After 18 th CPC National Congress,the overall reform and innovation has advanced thoroughly,and economic system reform has continued to promote,which brought about innovation and growth of the business management system.At the same time,in the 50 s of last century,the modern enterprise management concept,which originated from the delicacy management of developed countries,was highly praised,which provided a good development direction and theoretical support to change the extensive-management mode for China.The leadership and staff of the enterprises as the two carriers of the delicacy management of enterprises,their behavior on the development and transformation of enterprises is of great importance.How to fully stimulate their initiative,so as to offer suggestions and pass advices for the development of enterprises,innovation and development for the enterprises to produce a new thrust,has become a new focus of enterprises and related scholars.There are a lot of researches on voice behavior,and the factors are complex.The earliest study on voice behavior is from the western countries.After many years,Chinese scholars brought the concept of voice behavior in and started to study it under China's market economy.More generally,the influences of voice behavior can be divided into three categories: the individual level,the leadership level and the organizational level.We choose ordinary employees in a Chinese large e-business enterprise as object of the research,and analyze power distance orientation and collectivism orientation,two aspects of individual values to discuss their relationship.According to the writing thought,the paper is split into three sections: literature review,empirical analysis and results exploration.There are five independent and associated chapters to expatiate on the analysis process.This paper mainly discusses how to stimulate the positive behavior of the staff to improve business management,and obtain considerable development in more and more drastic competition.Through theory and practical study on two aspects of individual value orientation,this paper explores their influence and effect on employees' voice behavior and finally draws the conclusion: employee power distance orientation and voice behavior is a negative correlation,and employee collectivism orientation and voice behavior is a positive correlation.It is expected my research can offer some reference to enterprises management,and will play a certain role in the management practice.
