Under the background of market economy and information age,capabilities of the enterprise's sustainable innovation and information control level are the key elements of the the competitiveness to stand out in the fierce market competition.The main body of the enterprise is the staff,and the wisdom of the management is limited.We need team work,and inspire the all member offer suggestions about company's reform and development.As a role behavior,to motivate employees' voice behavior,in addition to consider the incentive strategy,reduce employee strains is also effective.There may be challenges authority,interpersonal tensions,undesirable results and a series of errors,which will affect the employee's behavior.Employees' attitudes towards errors,that is,the error orientation determines the way and degree of influence.If employee worry about the error,and don't want to let others find their own mistakes.They have a strong error strain,and regard error as a hindrance of the pressure source,that it is difficult to overcome and damage self-resources,these psychological factors reflected in the action may lead to silence.It can be seen that the error strain orientation has an effect on the employees' voice behavior,there are not many researches on the emotional orientation of error,and the research on the relationship between it and voice behavior is less.In this paper,empirical analysis of the relationship between them has a theoretical and practical significance.In addition,the employee's erroneous pressure orientation is too strong to avoid too close contact with the leadership,reduce the social exchange behavior,to reduce the possibility of errors,which is not conducive to high-quality leadership-the formation of the exchange of members,low-quality exchange relations But also affect the behavior of employees,thus found that leadership-members of the exchange between the two may play a role,need to discuss the validation.This paper takes the negative dimension of emotional orientation as the research perspective,analyzes its relationship with the hot topic of human resource-the voice behavior,enriches the research of error management theory and organizational behavior,and provides a new way of thinking and perspective for enterprise human resource management.On the one hand,the theory of emotional events is the theoretical basis,and the error orientation of individual emotional characteristics is used as the explanatory variable of the behavior of words and suggestions,which enriches the related research results such as influence factors,cognitive mechanism and theoretical basis.On the other hand is conducive to enrich the error orientation of the relevant research results,which further enriched the error management theory.In addition,it helps companies to better manage errors,and also provides a new entry point for stimulating employee behavior.The main contents of this paper are divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly analyzes the background of the research topic,explains the purpose and value of the research,and combs the research ideas and frameworks,selects the appropriate research methods,and finally analyzes the research innovation.The second part is literature review.This paper mainly uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant theory of error pressure orientation,employee behavior and leadership-member exchange relationship,clarify the connotation and structure of each variable and organize the relevant variables of each variable to understand the research status.The third part is the theoretical basis and the research hypothesis.Based on the theory of emotional events,the theory of conservation of resources,the theory of social exchange and other related theories,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of variable relationship and constructs the theoretical model according to the existing academic achievements.The fourth part is the research design.This paper mainly introduces the structural design of the questionnaire,the scale of the variable measurement and the determination of the items.The descriptive statistical analysis of the basic information of the recovery is carried out,and the validity and validity of the data measured by each scale are tested.The fifth part is the empirical analysis and discussion.Mainly use the relevant empirical analysis of the variables of the recovery data for correlation regression analysis,regression analysis,to verify the study hypothesis.The sixth part is the research conclusion,the management suggestion and the research prospect part.In this paper,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the error pressure orientation has a significant negative effect on the behavior of the speech;(2)the leadership-member exchange relationship has a positive effect on the behavior of the speech;(3)the error pressure orientation reverse prediction leadership-Members exchange relations;(4)leadership-members of the exchange relationship between the error pressure orientation and behavior between the intermediary role.On this basis,put forward the management proposal,and pointed out the shortcomings of the study,put forward the future research prospects.
