Research On Quality Management Of S Provincial Highway Life Cycle

Transportation is the basic,leading and strategic industry in the national economy.The construction of modern integrated transport system is an objective requirement to adapt to the new economic development,to promote the structural reform of the supply side,to promote the implementation of major national strategy,and to support the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The party's eighteen years,transportation has entered a new stage of development of modern comprehensive transport system,integrated transport infrastructure network to accelerate the effective convergence of various modes of transport,highway,as an important component,the scale of construction investment accounted for a considerable proportion.But for a long time,the lack of systematic research on the highway engineering quality management,construction stage and the traditional quality management mode focusing on project quality management,on the other stage involved much,the limitations and shortcomings.This paper focuses on the application of the concept of life cycle management to the specific practice of provincial highway engineering quality management.First of all,this paper puts forward the research content and significance of the study,the life cycle theory and quality management theory and the domestic and foreign highway project quality management are discussed,combined with previous research results put forward their own analysis.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems existing in quality management according to the management mode of provincial highway in china.The content of the theory is mainly divided into three aspects,namely,the influence factors of the provincial quality management,the quality management principle of the provincial highway,and the evaluation system of the whole life cycle quality management.Among them,the establishment of the whole life cycle quality management evaluation system is the key to the quantitative analysis of this paper.Thirdly,the above theory and evaluation system is applied to the specific S provincial highway project.The vertical view,formed in the highway engineering quality management as the main line,runs through the whole process of quality management of the project cycle;the horizontal perspective,through the analysis of the influence of construction engineering quality of the people,machine,material,method and environment five elements,formed in the highway construction quality management as the focus,comprehensive quality management covering engineering construction.Finally,the analysis and evaluation of the previous cases are summarized.S provincial quality management work,through the integrated use of the highway life cycle theory of quality management,the implementation of quality management in the whole process of construction stage and the five elements of the implementation of total quality management of the project,points out the existing S provincial quality management problem in the work,and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions,through rectification,improve the overall quality of the highway S project.In general,compared to the traditional method of highway engineering quality management,lifecycle quality management formed a provincial quality management mode model,covering the main factors of each stage of highway construction period of the project quality management and construction quality management,promote development and improve the provincial quality management work.Provides a reference of the research results of this thesis is the further development of the theory of quality management of our country highway project,and provide a theoretical basis and evaluation system for highway quality management methods,but also provide a reference and guide the implementation of advanced quality management for highway.
