A Study On The Transformation Of Chinese Commercial Banks Under The Background Of Internet Finance

With the progress and development of Internet and information technology,Internet finance has gradually risen and with a amazing speed of development,it has entered into all areas of people's lives,changed people's consumption behaviors and consumption habits,therefore the Chinese traditional commercial banks have been brought certain impacts.Under the trend of the development of Internet finance,traditional commercial banks have to make a transition from traditional model to Internet model,in order to adapt to the development of the new era.This article,based on the development and characteristics of Internet finance,elaborates the impact of Internet Finance on the Chinese traditional commercial banks and strategies of transformation.This article is divided into five parts.In the first chapter,it introduces the background,research significance and the way of research and so on.The second chapter summarizes the related concepts and the domestic and foreign literature review on Internet financial impact and the transformation of traditional commercial banks.The third chapter focuses on analyzing the impact of Internet Finance on commercial banks,and by constructing a structural equation model to test the Internet finance has a negative influence on the development of traditional commercial banks.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures for the transformation of traditional commercial banks,on one hand,through the endogenous self transformation,on the other hand,through the transformation of exogenous M&A.Comparing the two kinds of transformation cost,the author thinks that the transformation of exogenous mergers and acquisitions more efficient,and traditional commercial banks should choose already exists or is being transferred to the Internet financial business chain economy.The fifth chapter is the summary of the whole article and puts forward the prospect of the research.For the Chinese traditional commercial banks,how to carry out the transformation is one of the most important things.Thus,the Chinese traditional commercial banks can make good use of the Internet finance,grasp the growing needs of customers and become the real value of banks.
