Research On The Fusion Of Traditional Commercial Banks And Internet Finance

With the development of information technology,the wide use of computer and internet,the internet finance shows the growth spurt.The emergence of internet finance,on the one hand,improves the public's financial consumption experience,while on the one hand,it has caused unprecedented impact on traditional commercial banks.However,there are many risks and problems in internet finance itself,such as technical risk,credit risk and moral hazard.Commercial banks have the advantages of internet finance in terms of social cognition,capital strength,talent reserve,high-quality customer resources,product channel and risk prevention and control ability.It can be said that internet finance has inspired the innovation and development of traditional commercial banks,while traditional commercial banks are the carriers of internet finance.So the integration of internet finance and commercial banks will become inevitable.How to continue vigorous development of the internet finance and ensure that commercial banks continue to become bigger and stronger,making internet finance and commercial banks are able to benefit from the internet,realize the benign interactive development,form stable symbiotic relationship,make the financial system more perfect and stable,become the research focus of this paper.This paper studies the relationship between traditional commercial banks and internet finance in the Internet era.Firstly,the research background and significance of the project,the research status at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical basis and the development of Internet finance in China are elaborated.Secondly,the paper studies the impact and influence of internet finance on CCB,such as liabilities,assets and intermediary business.Then it explores the SWOT analysis of CCB's development under the background of internet.Once again,the integration of CCB and internet finance is deeply analyzed,and the focus is on how to integrate CCB with internet financial enterprises,and give full play to their common development.Finally,the research contents and achievements of this paper are summarized and the future development is prospected.
