The Research Of Light Guiding Assistant Picking System

With the rapid development of China's economy,the organization degree and modernization level of circulation industry enhance inceasingly.Chain economy is in the ascendant,large supermarkets,stores and other advanced circulation formats and operation modes have been rapid development;Especially the electronic commerce growth fast,daily orders can even reach hundreds of thousands.With the personalized and diversification of customer orders,as well as the continuous improvement of customer service level requirements,the distribution center proposed faster and higher requirements for processing time and efficiency to the variety order.As an important node of the logistics system,distribution center plays an important role in improving the operational efficiency and service level of the whole logistics system.As an important part of the order processing in the distribution center,the efficiency of picking operation is an important indicator of the overall efficiency of the distribution center.In order to effectively reduce the picking time,improve picking efficiency,more and more warehouses or distribution centers use some auxiliary sorting equipment or fully automatic picking system to help or replace manual picking.Compared with the traditional pure manual sorting,the use of auxiliary sorting equipment or automated picking system significantly improves the work efficiency and reduces the error rate.In view of the current market demand and in order to overcome the limitation of the existing selection mode,this paper develops a new system which can be applied to small and medium-sized warehouses or distribution centers with multiple types and small batches by auxiliary manual sorting to improve the efficiency of selection and reduce operating costs for Logistics enterprises on the premise of economy.At the same time,it can also realize the mode of “goods to the people” by AGV,which picking with the help of the auxiliary guide.Use of light guide auxiliary picking system can achieve the scientific,accurate,fast,real-time,continuous management for logistics picking operation.The application of the system can simplify the picking process,speed up the picking by hand,reduce the picking error rate,decrease the labor intensity and save the human resources.This paper studied the picking process based on the light guide and the application of this operation mode in picking,sowing and “goods to people” by AGV.The theory and working principle of the light picking assistant picking system are studied emphatically.Using the prototype system development method to complete the construction of software and hard for the light guide assisted selection system,and taking the book distribution center as an example,to carry out the planning of the actual scene and to verify the feasibility of the system.
