Originating in the western world in the last century,Outward Training has been preveiling in many couontries and regions in the world,especially in the developed countries,Outward Training in China appeared in around the miidle of 1990 s,which is prosperous at present after 20 years of market maturity.From the perspective of the scale all over the couontry,the increasing range of market of Outward Training is about 35 percent in recent years,while the GDP in 2013 was nearly 500 million and there were almost ten thousand staff participating in it.At present,Outward Training is only a new type of Experimental Training and the whole market system is in the process of gradual self-improvement.In this article,through market research and other successful experience of marketing enterprises successful reasons for comparison,and other ways to find out some of the more obvious problems,analysis,proposed the improvement of these problems,and in view of the current domestic market environment,creating a new experiential marketing strategyThis article based on the theory and practice of the principle,using the theory of literature,investigation method,case analysis method comparison method,data analysis and so on,about the training and development of experiential marketing has theoretical basis,explain the current domestic market as a whole the characteristics,shortcomings and problems analysis,finally puts forward a new marketing strategy.
