Analysis Of Core Competitiveness Of Construction Enterprises

As the construction projects are becoming more and more large-scaled,complex,intelligent,the market demand for construction enterprises is also increasing.At present,the construction enterprises must strengthen the research on the core competitiveness to develop their own strength and improve market share and achieve long-term profit for the economy is in a sluggish situation both international and domestic.Develop,cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness can save a company to be alive to a great extent.This paper studies the current construction enterprises in China.The main content is the study of structure and evaluation system of the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper elaborates the general theory of the core competitiveness of enterprises firstly,including the meaning,origin,characteristics,indicators,research methods,the evaluation system's setting up principles and other factors,and then transits it to this special field of construction enterprises gradually.Based on the following factors,the industrial policies issued by the Chinese government,the current situation of domestic construction market,the overall competition pattern among construction enterprises and others,combining the study achievement both home and abroad and brain storm method,the preliminary evaluation system of the core competition of construction enterprises is formed.On this base,a formal evaluation system is put forward by the method of questionnaires,calculation and test which allow a further analysis.The evaluation system includes four aspects which include market capacity,technical ability,management ability and other abilities,and it can be subdivided into 16 specific indicators.The evaluation system is scientific,reasonable and perfect,and it can be closely integrated with practice and analysis and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise comprehensively.Finally,based on the actual case of a construction engineering group,set up the core competitiveness model of the enterprise,by calculating and over ranking the core competitiveness by AHP level analysis method,several recommendations to improve the core competitiveness is put forth based on the qualitative analysis.
