A Study On The Participation Of The Chinese Communist Youth League Organizations In The Training Of Young Professional Farmers

In 2012,the CPC Central Committee issued a document on the "CPC Central Co mmittee and the State Council on accelerating the innovation of agricultural science a nd technology",first proposed to cultivate farmers' occupation.It once again pays atte ntion to "three agriculture" problem and issue major measures to promote rural develo pment.It also shows that in the process of promoting modernization of agriculture to s tep forward rapidly,the traditional sense of the farmers will be repositioned.Farmers will show their own style with a new identity and self realization.The training of you ng professional farmers is not only a new start,but also an important turning point in t he process of socialist modernization.The cultivation of young farmers' occupation is a long-term and arduous historic al task.It needs to mobilize the masses including youth,the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of all aspects of the strength and wisdom together to form a cohesive force.The Communist Youth League organizations have the talented advantages to unite yo uth,serve the youth and lead the youth.We should focus on cultivating the young pro fessional farmers,to provide the new rural construction,personnel protection and intel lectual support.As the party's assistant and reserve force,as a bridge and link between the party and youth,Chinese Communist Youth League undertakes historical respons ibilities to unite and lead the Communist Youth League,to cultivate young farmers' o ccupation,and to combine the urban and rural reform and development.In this paper,on the basis of existing research results,in Jiangsu Province of Cha ngshou City as a case,analyzing the causes of rural youth occupation distribution,wo rking intention,and reasons for the rapid shrinking of youth farmers,exploring the gui dance to help young farmers' occupation development and cultivate new ideas and me thods,analyzing new forms of occupation training of young peasants provided by Co mmunist Youth League organizations and how the grass-roots Communist Youth Lea gue organization to make better in the process of integration of urban and rural reform and development,putting forward to expand the Communist Youth League to partici pate in the training of young farmers' occupation,and exploring a new service mode f or better service for the party and government work center.To study how to adapt to t he practical needs of the functional transformation under the background of the chang e of social structure and marketing has critical implications as the party Assistant.
