Corporate culture is the survival and development to solve the problems and toestablish formed by members of the organization that effectively and shared andcommon follow the basic beliefs and cognitive epitomizes a core of enterprisemanagement ideas and the resulting organizational behavior, the majority ofemployees of enterprises common understanding and compliance values and norms ofbehavior, is the soul and spiritual support. Today, under the conditions of marketeconomy,corporate culture has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprise management is the most important content. Companies only have theirown culture, to enable enterprises to have the vitality of life, with a real sense ofpersonality symbol, in order to have access to survival, development, growth, andsocial services for the whole foundation. In China, as a major pillar of the socialistmarket economy, state-owned enterprises, strengthen the building of enterpriseculture to enhance the competitiveness and vitality is particularly important.This paper attempts to enterprise culture construction of the basic theory, to theCommunist Youth League organizations in the state-owned enterprise culture ’s roleas the starting point, analysis illustrates the Communist Youth League organizationsand political education combined with state-owned enterprise culture origins andrelationships, through the Hongta Group corporate culture situation and specific casestudies to explore the ideological and political education League combine corporateculture problems and reasons, on the basis of certain principles, to explore the cultureof state-owned enterprises and the Communist Youth League organic combination ofideological and political education pathways and significance.
