| With the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution is getting more and more serious,electric vehicles which is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient have received increasing attention.Since 2009,China’s automobile production and sales are ranked first in the world,and the increasing car ownership caused tremendous pressure on environment and energy.Therefore,the development of electric vehicle industry has great practical significance on the protection of China’s energy security,improving environment quality,and achieving sustainable development.Electric vehicle industry involves a wide range of technology,and the development level of different technologies varies widely.Therefore,combine China’s actual conditions and the characteristics of electric vehicle technology,and develop a suitable technology development strategy is an important guarantee for the development of China’s electric vehicle industry.America enhanced its electric vehicle industry to the national strategic level in the 1970s,and has already formed a relatively sound industrial system,and as the world’s largest electric car market,Japan,Germany and other electric car power’s companies layout a lot of patents in America,which means that the development level of America’s electric vehicle industry represents the state of art.This paper studies the history and trend of the electric vehicle industry core technology development in China and America and compares the differences in core technology evolution between them based on patent information,which has a great reference value to develop electric vehicle industry technology development strategy in China.This paper takes China’s electric vehicle industry as the object of the research,uses America’s electric vehicle as a reference,based on the patent text mining technology and the distribution of IPC,identifies and analyzes the R&D hotspots and the evolution process of electric vehicle industry’s technologies in different time periods between China and America,studies the development trend of their technology,and compares the difference between them.The result shows that in recent years,China’s electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly,and the industrial chain was improved gradually;China’s electric vehicle industry has applied a large number of patents in non-core technology field;China’s electric vehicle industry’s R&D started late in the core technology field;The industrial concentration is low,and there is no technology oligopoly in China’s electric vehicle industry.Based on the comparative analysis of Sino-US patents and SWOT analysis,this paper summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of China’s electric vehicle industry,and put forward the following suggestions:Put focus on plug-in hybrid vehicle recently,and take fuel cell vehicle as the long-term goal;Establish battery research support fund,and focus on the research of basic technology such as electrode materials and electrolyte materials;Form industrial technology development strategic alliances,develop regional industry clusters,and concentrate on breaking the core technology;Build lithium-ion battery patent alliance to prevent enterprises falling into the patent jungle;Form industry-university-research union to reduce R&D costs;Use advantage of backwardness,strength the digestion-absorption-reinnovation of the foreign advanced lithium-ion battery technology. |
