Research On The National Economic Autonomy Of China’s Foreign Trade

They are the requirements of Chinese socialist modernization construction,but also the necessary conditions for the realization of Chinese national rejuvenation,which improving the economic competitiveness and safeguarding national economic security.Under the tide of economic globalization,the world economy is closely linked,the international competition becomes more and more fierce.At the same time,China’s economic reform is entering a new normal that the speed,structure and investment are shifting,which characterized by high development,comprehensive deepening reform is facing many difficult problems to solve.In the face of international and domestic complex situation,promoting national economic autonomy,which maintaining national economic interests from losses for foreign and promoting the autonomic development of economy in domestic,is an effective way to ensure that China maximize the realization of national interests in the economic globalization.However,in some areas,the national economic autonomy is still relatively weak,and even exist the risk of being weakened.Especially the field of foreign trade,as an important channel to connect the domestic economy and the international economy,on the one hand,it should follow the rules of the international market and the impact of international factors,on the other hand,it is bound to be bound by the state of domestic economic development and national policies and regulations,Therefore,it has many problems in its great achievements,This created a weak national economic autonomy in foreign trade.How to promote national economic autonomy in the field of foreign trade has become a critical problem.This paper is under the guidance of the Marx theory,aiming at the problems existing in the national economic autonomy in foreign trade for root cause analysis,and tries to put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of this research,the domestic and foreign research review,and the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter has carried on the arrangement of the national economic autonomy about basic concepts and related theories under the perspective of Marx’s Theory,and makes an analysis of the relevant views of Chinese and foreign scholars.The third chapter focuses on analysis of factors that affect national economic autonomy in the process of foreign trade on the basis of combing our country foreign trade policy evolution,and use the method of empirical analysis to analyze its main problems by measuring the current situation of national economic autonomy.The fourth chapter is the core part of this article,it analyzes the reasons of weak national economic autonomy in foreign trade with using the second chapter involves the related theory about national autonomy of Marxist scholars,not only because of the importance of the national economic independence and the lack of competitiveness in foreign trade,but also the influence of the unreasonable international economic system under the economic globalization.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons,it considers that the measures to improve the economic autonomy of foreign trade in the four aspects,such as strengthen national economic autonomy consciousness,etc.Due to the author’s ability is limited,this paper also has some deficiencies,such as the lack of language expression,the problem analysis is not deep enough,the research will be continued to overcome the shortage in future research.
