The Research Of The Trade Potential And Deveopment Strategies Between The Northeast China And The Countries In Northeast Aisa

Under the impetus of the world economic integration trend,there is a rapid growth of trade in northeastern China and northeastern Asian countries.Also among the northeastern Asia,there exists a great difference in terms of its national economic system,political system and economic development level,etc.Japan and South Korea belong to the high income countries,while northeastern China and Russia belong to middle-higher income region and country respectively.Besides,the diverse cultural background of each other and the complicated international political environment all make northeastern region’s trade development and cooperation with northeast Asian countries uncertain.In recent years.China has put forward the proposition of "one belt and one road" and the trade cooperation between northeastern China and northeastern Asian countries is an important part of the Chinese open and cooperative strategy towards northeastern Asian regions,which also has a great strategic significance.Therefore,the influence of northeastern region on northeastern Asian countries’ trade development is worth for us to explore.So far,few studies have been made to analyze systematically the development and potential of northeastern Chinese trade with northeastern Asian China.This thesis analyzes the development of northeastern Chinese trade with northeastern Asian China,on the basis of which Trade Gravity Model is applied to analyze its development potential.Lastly,strategies are proposed to develop northeastern Chinese trade with northeastern Asian China.The overall train of thought of the thesis includes the following aspects:first of all,based on the current domestic and foreign research results on northeastern Asian regional trade cooperation,it analyzes the development scale,relative ratio,and existing challenges and problems of the trade between between northeastern Asian countries and northeastern China;Secondly,Trade Gravity Model is applied to the empirical analysis of the trade potential;Lastly,as to the problems in the northeast China’s trade with Japan,South Korea and Russia,strategies and suggestions are proposed to develop northeastern Chinese trade with northeastern Asian China.The content of the thesis is organized as follows:Chapterl is introduction,mainly introducing the background and significance of the research,overseas and domestic research status,and the structure of this thesis and research methodology,as well as proposing the innovation points and deficiencies.Chapter2 introduces the theories on trade development and trade potentiality applied in this thesis in detail.Chapter3 analyzes the trade development between northeastern Asian countries and northeastern China,and existing challenges and problams,and especially analyzes the scale and relative ratio of northeast China’s trade with Japan,South Korea and Russia.Chapter4 applies Trade Gravity Model to make a model estimation on northeastern China’s trade development potentiality with northeastern Asian countries.Chapter5 starts from the reasons of existing problems in the trade,and proposes suggestions and measures on the trade development between northeastern Asian countries and northeastern China.There are two innovations of this thesis.On one hand,this thesis makes a systematic analysis on the relative ratio in each other’s import and export trade between northeast China and northeast Asian countries,which is innovative in analysis perspective.On the other hand,based on previous studies,the thesis applies the basic principle of Gravity Model to establish regression model,and makes an empirical analysis of the influential factors on northeast China’s trade potentiality with northeast Asian countries.Main deficiency is that with limitation of available statistics,the thesis cannot make an extensive analysis of northeast China’s trade development and potential with North Korea,Mongolia,etc.The depth of relevant analysis needs improving in future studies.
