Research On The Application Of Emergency Risk Management In Hydropower Enterprises

As Shuikou Power Generation Group plays an important role in peaking a nd emergency reserve in FuJian Grid,relative study of emergency management based on risk theory for hydropower Enterprises should be strengthen.This st udy can help us improve emergency risk assessment effects and carry out emer gency measures as soon as possible.Therefore,it can better ensure the safe op eration of hydropower plants.This paper studies on risk control in the application of emergency manage ment for Shuikou Power Generation Group.Firstly,According to the current si tuation of Emergency Management,the existing problems in emergency manage ment for Shuikou Power Generation Group are analyzed,for example,the lack of emergency risk analysis and assessment,the lack of theoretical support for the system,the lack of emergency risk management of the forward-looking,th e lack of emergency management process control,the lack of efficient emergen cy response and emergency information sharing,and the corresponding emergen cy management method based on risk theory is also proposed.Secondly,impro ved risk matrix model to assess the emergency risk management of Shuikou p ower Generation Group is also proposed.This method has the advantages of si mple,easy to use and the intuitive results of the traditional risk matrix,and th e interval number is introduced,which makes the value of the intensity and pr obability in the risk assessment more close to the actual situation,and eliminat es the two inherent defects of the traditional risk matrix,and has more ideal a ccuracy.Thirdly,through introducing the construction and operation process of intrinsically safe enterprise for Shuikou Power Generation Group nearly 3 years,the paper analyzes and studies the role of the intrinsic safety in the constructio n of the emergency management system,uses PDCA theory to improve emerge ncy plan system,and points out the problems existing in the construction of th e emergency risk management system of the Shuikou Power Generation Group in intrinsic safety.At the same time,through the creation of the based Shuik ou characteristics of the safety culture,the consolidation of the essence of the safety of emergency risk management system construction.The paper is a summary and outlook such as Dispatch of emergency mate rial,and the ideas are points out.for example,Relying on the Internet + Tech nology,Building emergency management data,Strengthen the development of e mergency equipment for power system.In this paper,the problem of coordinat ed power generation enterprise’s emergency risk management is solved,Targete d to put forward the emergency management from the safety production manag ement in independent out,introducted risk management theory,Strengthen emer gency management theory.The research results of this paper have some positiv e effect on raising the level of emergency risk management of Shuikou Power Generation Group,and also leave a certain reference and guidance to other hydropower plants.
