Taking Vipshop marketing strategy as the research object,the electronic commerce vigorous development is analyzed mainly under the background of the Vip shop marketing strategy.Currently Vipshop marketing mainly from the following points: firstly,set up a complete storage system to ensure that the platform operations;Secondly,use inventory model of " wide and shallow" to stimulate consumption;Thirdly,snap up the hunger marketing through the limiting set;Fourthly,keep the renewal speed of commodity information to attract consumers to enter;Fifthly,establish enterprise specialized logistics to guarantee product distribution services.In the process of analysis,many problems of Vipshop marketing need to be optimized.First of all,online product didn’t have a accurate positioning;Secondly,customer relationship management(CRM)needs to be improved;Thirdly,the product is similar and lack of its own characteristics;At last,the after-sales service system is not sound.therefore,Vipshop marketing strategy need to be studied and perfected to prompte B2 C retail new model,stimulate the market demand,make Vipshop get further development.Combined with Vipshop development present situation,there is a comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment,threats and opportunities using SWOT analysis method,segmenting target market,finally,put forward suggestions of theory and practice to different target markets in customer behavior,product,price and sales promotion.Hoping these suggestions can help Vipshop companies attract more customers,increase sales volume,to achieve higher interests growth and promote the development of enterprises.
