Human Capital Of Entrepreneurs And Economic Growth In Northwest China

Since reform and opening-up, the input and output of education in Northwest China don't lag far behind with the national average, but the effect of human capital to economic growth remains at a low level. On the other hand, the human capital fostered by Northwest China drains seriously, especially young and middle-aged excellent talents. On the theory, the research to human capital of Northwest China contradicts the reality. In the light of these phenomena, from existing problems, this paper examined again the relation between human capital of entrepreneurs and economic development in Northwest China.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part briefly describes the background of the research, the significance of the selected title, the thought and method of the research, and the innovation of this paper. The second part is the documentation research, carding related research papers about human capital of entrepreneurs under human capital structure. The research about human capital structure in China during the recent decade is divided into three phases, elaborating the research to human capital of entrepreneurs in different phases, after introducing the research of foreign. The third part proceeds the analysis of human capital of entrepreneurs in Northwest China. In this part, this paper defines human capital of entrepreneurs and human capital of skills under human capital structure firstly, elaborating the relation of both, and building human capital structure model. Secondly, this paper describes the present situation of human capital structure in Northwest China through the relevant data and literatures, and proposing the research hypotheses. Thirdly, this paper analyzes empirically to human capital externality model substituted the human capital structure and traditional human capital externality model through the data of the five provinces in northwest China. Finally, this paper draws short of human Capital of entrepreneurs and imbalance of human capital structure in Northwest China. Based on these, the fourth part analyzes the reason of short of human Capital of entrepreneurs in Northwest China. In this part, this paper cards related research papers, selecting the perspective of industrial system to explain the reason of short of human capital of entrepreneurs, and then describing and analyzing industrialization of Northwest China. Finally, this paper analyzes the restrictive mechanism of industrial system to human capital of entrepreneurs from industrial correlation, flow of resources, return of scale, the action of state. The final part sums up the full view, proposing relevant measures, pointing out the deficiencies of this paper and the future research directions.
