Particularity of the economic structure and the transition of China's aging population determine its current pension issues key is to solve the problem of aging and old age of the rural population.Because long-term absence of the rural social security pension system,so most of our elderly population in rural areas,still have to follow the traditional old-age pension system is implemented.However,the current arrangements for the traditional pension system,is gradually subjected to economic development,social transformation challenges.With the deepening of the reform of the economic system,the gradual improvement of the labor market and are constantly adjusting the industrial structure,the current employment structure is already generating a lot of change,and gradually become the main form of flexible employment to absorb the labor force.In order to make a basic living elderly something flexible employment protection,making the risk of future uncertainty can be reduced,it is necessary to establish a suitable flexible employment of their pension system.However,staff at the time to participate in social insurance system,the emergence of flexible employment pension insurance contribution rate is high,low payment period,limited payment capacity of flexible employment and other issues.Consider the long-term vision,in accordance with China's national conditions to improve flexible employment pension insurance rates,perfect for building a hannonious society and plays a key role.Can be drawn from the above two flexible employment importance of rural endowment insurance.In this paper,Shaoxing District,Keqiao City,Zhejiang Province are analyzed,is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,is a synthesis of the main research abroad;second chapter defines the basic concepts and theories,describing the rural population concepts,describes the contents and types of endowment insurance system;the third chapter of flexible employment in rural areas Status and Analysis of pension insurance,which leads to the need for flexibility in difficult and insured pension insurance of employment in rural areas;the fourth chapter of the study area for the status quo,Shaoxing District,Keqiao City,Zhejiang Province and problems,this chapter also used a questionnaire method research.Keqiao City pension from the historical evolution layers of depth,in the final analysis,Keqiao City Rural flexible employment pension insurance problems and make recommendations;chapter conclusions and suggestions of this article.Through this study,the following conclusions:recommendations for flexible employment of rural endowment insurance that is:First,to increase the flexible employment pension insurance propaganda,thereby establishing flexible employment pension insurance information systems,moreover,improve pension management,service levels,and finally,the establishment of an elastic pension system.The only way to ensure that rural flexible employment pension insurance project in Zhejiang Province to proceed smoothly.
