Study On Regional Technology Absorptive Capacity Based On Innovative Ecological Perspective

In the new round of global technological revolution and the construction of innovative countries in China under the new situation,innovation has become the driving force for the development of national economy.Technology absorption as the intermediate link of innovation,its development level needs to be further improved,and how to further enhance the regional technology absorption is a subject that needs to be studied now.The ability of regional technology absorption is the object of this paper.This paper uses the theory of absorptive capacity,technology transfer theory and innovative ecological theory.From the perspective of innovative ecosystems,regarding regional technology absorption as a process of innovative community to absorb and transform external technical knowledge.The paper introduces the innovation mechanism of regional technology and divides it into three communities and external environment.On the basis of analysis of regional technology absorption operating mechanism and built regional technology absorption ’s ability to evaluate the index system.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,combined with the 2005-2015 data analysis of the 30 provinces of the technology to absorb capacity and trends,as well as the impact of innovation communities and the development of innovative environments on regional technology absorption.It can be seen from the empirical results that the development of national technology capacity can be divided into three gradients,most of the eastern region in the first gradient,the central and western regions in the second gradient,the overall capacity of the eastern region is better,the central region is second,the western technology is poor and the technical absorption capacity of the region is quite different,there is a trend of polarization;the better the development of innovative communities,the higher the technical absorption capacity.Innovative coordination of the community is the main reason leading to differences in regional regional technology absorption capacity.Therefore,the region should be innovative ecosystem construction,attention to innovation-driven communities and innovative coordination of the role of regional technology absorption on the community to enhance the strength of innovation community and promote the regional technology absorption to improve steadily.
