Research On T Transportation Software Project Schedule And Control Management Of A Company In International Outsourcing Area

As the largest software outsourcing enterprises in CHINA,in recent years the volume of A Company software outsourcing business is also expanding rapidly along with the international economic situation improving.At the same time,the result that the problems often appear in the process of the outsourcing projects implementation will continue to be enlarged,leading to reduce customer satisfaction rate.Therefore,how to expand in the business and also to ensure that the project in accordance with the provisions of the deadline for completion of the quality and quantity has become a big problem to A Company.This report focused on schedule plan and control of T transportation project by using the systematization of project management knowledge.Through defining the scope of project,technology selection and appropriate method,at the stage of project plan it ensured the plans scientific and correct.And also by decomposing the control goal?setting the control point at the stage of schedule control,It ensured that the project is completed according to plan from many aspects of the organization,system,economy and technology.The main contents of this paper accomplished the following three aspects:(1)In order to completing the T transportation project successfully,this paper used the theory and method of project schedule management in the project management method.The applications of project management project analysis such as Work Breakdown Structure(WBS),responsibility assignment matrix etc.in this part,determined the scope of the project,the construction of the organizational structure to decompose the project work.(2)It focused on progress management of T transportation project to research and analyzed progress of project planning and schedule control.This part mainly used project management tools such as Gantt chart,critical path method,milestone plan etc.to carry on the management to the project schedule.(3)It focused on studying the T transport project schedule control method and process,and analyzed the influence factors of progress control in order to propose the corresponding solution.This paper described the basic theory and development present situation of software schedule management.By combining theory with practice,it combined with the application of project management in T transportation project from several project schedule plan,schedule control,and around the changes to the project schedule management and other aspects of the practice of A company in the software project schedule management,to summarize software schedule control experiences worth to draw lessons from of A company.The research conclusion in this thesis will provide a certain reference value for the schedule management of outsourcing enterprises in Japan.
