With the development of economy and society,Economic globalization is becoming more and more intense.The survival and development of enterprises must be improved from the competitiveness of enterprises..In the process of production,the way of reducing marketing costs,reducing raw materials and energy consumption to reduce the production and operation costs of the enterprise is increasingly seen.The layout scheme of the plant production facilities is directly related to the quality,production efficiency and economic benefit of the factory..Through improving the production logistics status to drive the interests of various aspects of the growth of many enterprises to explore and research direction.The in the analysis of the SGJT industrial solid waste building materials production facility layout and the design target based on.First of all,the use of the related theory and method of facility layout design,using the system layout design method(SLP)analysis of relevant factors of industrial solid waste building materials production plant facility layout and material flow analysis,activity analysis,drawing material basin activity diagram,operating unit position correlation diagram and general plane design of facility layout,the facility layout optimization and adjustment,and the weighted factor method to two proposed alternatives were compared to determine the best scheme,completed the layout of the facility.Finally draws the related conclusion,system layout planning(SLP)and industrial solid waste building materials production plant facility layout combined together,planning and design of the facility layout,reducing the logistics cost of industrial solid waste production of building materials;improve logistics efficiency,meet the requirements of the production cycle;reduce waste,effectively use the machine workshop personnel,facilities,equipment;reduce logistics routes cross each other,eliminate the potential risk,provide a safe and comfortable working environment for employees..The results of this study for industrial solid waste production of building materials factory facility layout provides reference technical support and also for other industry system layout design method(SLP)for plant facilities planning and design to provide a reference.
